Here’s how we compare to other forms of investing. Private equity is for companies that are 10 million. Most investors at the private equity, VC, and angel investor levels have never been in the founder's seat and experienced the challenges of bootstrapping. Their investments come in the form of advice and cash. These can be great resources for brands.

In 2014, the founder, Emily Anne Page, bootstrapped her first consumer product businesses through laughter, sweat, and tears. She bought a packaging design and manufacturing agency and scaled it to serve the largest brands in the USA.
She then co-founded an RTD beverage brand for a friend who was quickly becoming globally famous.
After her first successful exit in 2019, she looked back and realized there was so much we didn’t know. If only she could share her expertise, investor relationships, and new funds with other founders so they could have a bigger impact. She also met many micro investors with resources and funds to contribute but no avenue to do micro private equity.
She started an investor group to bridge the gap for small emerging. Brands who can provide better solutions to the world if given support.
